Enquiry/Sourcing: Floating of Enquires to shortlisted sources/vendors

Bid Evaluation: Technical & Commercial Evaluation of received Bids/Quotations

Order Placement: Issuance of order to technically compliant and commercially lowest bidder

Consolidation: Get together the all products at one storage point after collection of the same from all vendors.

Packing/Marking: Packing of Products as per Export Standards and Marking as per the Contract Requirements.

Export Documentation: Preparation of Export Documentation and facilitation in issuance of any additional certificates required to the buyers for the custom clearance in their countries as per different laws/regulations.

Transportation/Shipment: Arrangement of Inland transportation and Shipment to destination as per contractual terms i.e Ex-Works, FOB, C&F.

Expediting:

Elite understand its responsibility to provide an up-to-date status report on order progress to the clients from the receipt of the order to delivery of the shipment. Elite have dedicated department to oversee client's contract from all aspects to ensure the compliance of contract terms.

The department is responsible for:

Tracking at the manufacturer to ensure quality and respect of schedules
Inspection coordination
Monitoring of Packaging / Packing / Marking
Transportation
Issuance of Shipping documents (Invoices, Packing lists, Customs formalities, transport clearances, etc.) and transmission of all payment-related documents.
Customs operations (customs certification) and integrated international transit service.
